I recently wrote about the “Calm was too calm,” which while it wasn’t intended to be about what happened in Baton Rouge on New Years Day, the timing certainly worked out that way.
That article and the events of that day had barely started to cool down in the news cycle when the annual fires in California erupted. Except that this year, those fires are a hot topic of controversy because of the politics. Not to mention the chaos which will certainly occur during the actual Inauguration in DC and around the nation and world.
And, except to mention that I’m not going to discuss those politics more than to say men and politics are often merely just subcontractors for God, which I’ll explain later, because there is much more at play here than meets many eyes.
As I write this, the fires in LA and the huge surrounding area are continuing to rage, aided by extremely high winds which increase in strength and feed off of the fires they propel.
Interestingly, just a couple of days prior to the fires starting, the “Golden Globes” award show outwardly and directly mocked God by virtue of none of the awardees thanking God which was loudly pointed out by Comedienne Nikki Glaser when she said, “it’s not surprising in this godless town.” Some may say that has nothing to do with anything, however, I will remind you that mocking and/or cursing God or His Chosen People Israel never ends well for the mocker. There are more examples of this than this essay has space to list. However, remember this man who cursed Israel and collapsed dead immediately thereafter just over two years ago..? Continued.....
