President Biden took to his pulpit at the White House this morning to brag about how well the economy is doing. "With today’s excellent jobs report and unemployment remaining at a near-historic low of 3.6 percent, I want to speak very briefly today about our economy and what we’re doing to lower the costs for American families."
He acknowledged that Americans are anxious about food and energy costs, but claimed, "America has achieved the most robust recovery in modern history just two years removed from the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression."
He went on to say, "A recent survey from the Federal Reserve found that more Americans feel financially comfortable than at any time since the survey began in 2013." However, every poll researched showed that Americans are not comfortable with the economy.
CBS News reported, "there is large — and growing — pessimism about the national economy, the stock market and inflation."
CNBC reported, "81% of adults said they think the U.S. economy is likely to experience a recession in 2022."
While Biden blames Putin's invasion of Ukraine and the pandemic for the economic woes of America, Americans are skeptical of his statements. As the price of gas began to rise shortly after he came into power. Citing climate change as his inspiration to implement sweeping changes Biden placed an indefinite moratorium on issuing new leases for oil and gas drilling on federal land and water.
Quartz pointed out that "While the directive will do nothing to change emissions in the short term, it’s a chance to fix the fact that federal oil and gas leasing is a notorious ripoff for US taxpayers and an unnecessary giveaway to oil companies." Making it apparent that Biden is at war with Oil and Gas. Incidently, the American citizen is caught up in his domestic war as the average price of gas in the U.S. is $4.52 as the all-time record continues to be broken.
Bidens plan to help Americans? Biden stated, "Congress could help ease the costs for families right away by passing my clean energy investment proposal that I’ve proposed that’s been sitting there." Americans investing in clean energy will "lower the average family’s energy costs by about $500 a year."
Another plan is to lower the cost of internet for qualifying families. To find out if your family is eligible for this discounted internet, he encouraged people to GetInternet.gov.
Americans are feeling the effects of Bidenflation as food gas and household items have skyrocketed. It's safe to say, Biden's economic policies are causing Americans to be anxious about their economic future.
Furthermore, Biden is planning a trip to Saudi Arabia, which has angered many conservatives because America is in the middle of an energy crisis right here at home. It is speculated by the American Center for Law and Justice that he is going to "beg" the Saudi's to sell oil to the United States.
Instead of utilizing domestic production of oil, he is asking a foreign government to do his job for him. A job that can be easily accomplished on American soil. Making America more dependent on foreign countries. This can be a serious problem considering Biden accused the Saudi Crown Prince of ordering the assassination of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, and called Saudi Arabia a "pariah state."
Accrding to the ACLJ, "Our President is cowering, planning a trip to Saudi Arabia to proverbially "kiss the ring." It's embarrassing.
It's safe to say, the President has no idea what he is doing nor does he have a pulse on how the American public feels regarding his policies. If Americans knew the truth behind his feckless policies, they would most certainly not approve.
