The Biden administration is working with Russia to finalize the details of the Iran Nuke deal otherwise known as JCPOA. According to American Center for Law and Justice, In the midst of Ukraine being invaded by Russia, it's very likely this week that the United States, along with the United Nation Security Council's P5+1 (China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, plus Germany) are going to announce the reestablishment of the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) better known as the Iran Nuclear Deal."
Russia is currently brokering the Nuke deal between the United States and Iran. However, there are some stipulations. As the Russian Foreign minister has stated, “We have asked for a written guarantee…that the current process triggered by the United States does not in any way damage our right to free and full trade, economic and investment cooperation and military-technical cooperation with the Islamic State."
Biden's Iran envoy is negotiating with Iranian officials and Robert Malley is finalizing the details, the countries of Russia, China, and Iran know the details, however, according to the Hill, Congress is unaware of the concessions being made.
A former state department official, Gabriel Noronha lays out the troubling concessions on his twitter account.
"The United States is preparing to lift sanctions on several of the Iranian regime’s most notorious human rights abusers implicated in the torture and execution of political dissidents, the murder of protesters, and the persecution of Iran’s LGBTQ community."
"The pending deal being finalized in Vienna would lift sanctions on Ebrahim Raisi, who reports to Supreme Leader Khamenei with the misleading title of President. He helped execute around 5,000 Iranian political dissidents and religious minorities in the 1988 Death Commissions."
"Raisi presided as a judge overseeing the sham trials – including of young children – that typically only lasted a few minutes before the guilty verdict was delivered. Raisi’s victims were loaded by forklifts in groups of six up onto cranes and hanged every 30 minutes"

According to the Hill, "The Biden team evidently intends to bypass the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act (INARA) of 2015, which requires that any changes to the nuclear deal be given a 30-day hearing in Congress. The last thing that President Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken want is to shine a spotlight on their concessions to Iran. The claim that the world will be safer with this deal would be laughable if it were not so dangerous."
In addition to negotiating with Iran by lifting sanctions on some of the worlds worst human rights violators, the Biden administration is also considering lifting sanctions on Venezuela. According to the Guardian, "Senior US officials have flown to Venezuela for rare talks with Nicolás Maduro’s government in an apparent bid to prise the South American country away from its Russian backers after Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
While Republicans in the House and Senate are trying to get the Biden administration to give relief to Americans during this inflationary period, the Biden administration is remaining steadfast in their opinion that importing oil from foreign adversaries is more beneficial than to utilize the resources currently available in the United States due to climate concerns.
When confronted with questions about the Biden administration wanting to do business with Iran, press secretary Jen Psaki stated America produces oil.
